What did you dream about when you were a child, lying on your bed in your room, which you painted in your favorite color, next to your toy that your parents brought you last Eid? Have you ever dreamed of becoming an astronaut, a doctor, an engineer, or going to Mars?
This is what ordinary children who live in normal conditions dream of. On the other side of the world, where conflict and poverty dominate, children’s wishes of a warm bed, with a pink wardrobe and new clothes, or even a house roof and walls.
These are the dreams of unlucky children born in places unsuitable for dreams or hopes.
Child Appeal Charity works to provide the lowest standards of living for disadvantaged children in poor areas or conflict areas.
